Day 1: Nervous but Excited
Today is my first day of my (long) road to better fitness. As my post title states, I am both nervous and excited. I hopped on the scale first thing this morning and it read 179.9. Better than I expected, but really? Almost 180 pounds. No, thank you. I have the goal to be 150 pounds by my birthday, June 29, 2015. I plan to eat right and exercise 6 days a week. I am wanting to learn to "crave" exercise; not DREAD it. I feel confident that this go-round will be the best. Kelsea asked me last night if We could go for a jog, just her and me. YES!!!! So off we go! One day at a time, one pound at a time.
